Step 2: Receive Quotation

  • For our standard items, once informations provide complete then our sales team will reply within 2 working days after Email/WhatsApp inquiry received
  • Please double check all the spec as per quotation submitted. If ANY CHANGES may will effect the unit price.
  • FINAL PRICE will based on the final artwork and lead time.
  • PRODUCTION LEAD TIME maybe will adjusted. All this based on the time of quotation approved, payment made and production line working schedule.

Step 3: Payment

  • FULL PAYMENT upon confirmation for accept order BELOW RM1,000.00
  • 70% Deposit upon confirmation and balance COD or BALANCE TO BE CLEAR BEFORE DELIVER
    (for accept order ABOVE RM1,000.00)
  • Email us the “PAYMENT SLIP” ensure payment is notified to avoid any delay

Step 4: Artwork for MASS ORDERS or SAMPLE

  • Provide EDITABLE artwork file in AI and PDF format file. Others file will additonal charges (if nessary)
  • OUTPUT RESULT COLOR may will variance cause of difference computer, printing, monitor and setting issue (we will not be held responsible on the output color issue)
  • We are NOT responsible for the spelling mistake, artwork missing, colors variance once the visual of CONFIRMATION SHEET (CS) approved. Orders job will only proceed to production once Confirmation Sheet (CS) stamp and sign back to us.

Step 5: Delivery

  • Our team WILL UPDATE the delivery status once goods ready for own collection or ship out.
  • Goods sold are not refundable
